Ingredients
- 3 ounce Gin
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce half-and-half
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- 5 strawberries
- sparkling water
Directions
Muddle** 5 fresh strawberries with simple syrup* in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add Gin, lemon juice and half-and-half with ice and shake.
Pour into a chilled Highball glass. Top up with sparkling water and STIR. Garnish with a peach wedge.
*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
**Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon.
