Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce Peach Liqueur
- 1 dash peach bitters
- Champagne
Directions
Puree half a fresh, skinned peach, in a blender. Add to a Champagne flute.
Pour in Peach Liqueur and Peach bitters. STIR while adding Champagne and garnish with a peach ball in the bottom of the glass.
