Ingredients

1 ounce Dry Vermouth
1 ounce Sweet Vermouth
1 ounce Scotch Whisky
3-5 dashes angostura bitters

Directions

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and STIR. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
