Ingredients
- 2 ounce Brandy
- 1 ounce White Rum
- 1 ounce Dark Rum
- 4 ounce apple juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
Directions
Combine ingredients, except Dark Rum, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled Collins glass.
Float Dark Rum on top and garnish with a lime slice.
*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
