Ingredients
- 3 ounce Apple Brandy
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Sparkling Water
Directions
Combine ingredients except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled Highball glass over ice.
Top with sparkling water.
*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
