Bermuda Highball

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ounce Gin
• 1 ounce Brandy
• 1 ounce Dry Vermouth
• sparkling water

Directions

Pour ingredients into a chilled Highball glass over ice and STIR.  Top up with sparkling water.

Add  a twist of a lemon peel.
