Brandy Flip

Ingredients

• 2 ounce Brandy
• 1/2 ounce half-and-half cream
• 1/2 tsp fine sugar
• 1 egg

Directions

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a chilled Sour glass.

Garnish with nutmeg.
