- 3 ounce Brandy
- 3-5 dashes angostura bitters
- dash water
Muddle* a sugar cube with bitters and water in the bottom of a chilled Old Fashioned glass.
Add Brandy and ice, STIR and garnish with a lemon peel.
*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon.
