Brandy Sangaree 2


  • 2 ounce Brandy
  • 1/2 tsp simple syrup
  • 1 tsp water
  • club soda
  • 1/2 ounce Port


Combine first 3 ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and STIR.  Strain into a Highball glass over ice.

Top with soda and STIR.  Float Port on top and garnish with ground nutmeg.

*simple syrup*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
