- 1 1/2 ounce White Rum
- 3/4 ounce Apricot Brandy
- 2 dashes peach bitters
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a cinnamon-sugar-rimmed Martini glass.
Garnish with an orange peel spiral wrapped around a cinnamon stick.
