Ingredients
- 2 ounce Gold Rum
- 1/4 ounce Italian Vermouth
- 1/4 ounce honey-flavored simple syrup
- 1 white sugar cube
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
Directions
Muddle*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon. sugar cube and bitters in a mixing glass. Add the other ingredients with ice and STIR.
Strain into a Rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
*simple syrup*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
