Claret Cup


  • 16 ounce Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 2 ounce Brandy
  • 1 ounce Orange Liqueur
  • 3 tsp fine sugar
  • 8 ounce sparkling water


Combine all ingredients in a large Pitcher with ice and STIR.  Garnish each glass with an orange slice and sprig of mint.

Serve in a Red Wine glass.

Serves 3-4.
