Claret Lemonade


  • 2 ounce Red Wine
  • 2 ounce lemon juice
  • 2 tsp simple syrup


Combine simple syrup*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water. and lemon juice in a Collins glass.  Fill with ice and add water if needed to about 2/3 full.

Float Wine on top and garnish with orange and lemon slices, and a cherry.
