  • 2 ounce Dark Rum
  • 3/4 ounce fine sugar
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce Chartreuse (yellow)


Combine first 3 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into an ice-filled Wine glass.

Float Chartreuse*Chartreuse is a French Liqueur composed of distilled alcohol aged with 130 herbs, plants and flowers. on top and garnish with a sprig of mint.
