- 2 ounce Gold Tequila
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1 brown rock sugar cube
- soda water
Muddle* 5-7 mint leaves with lime juice and sugar cube in a Highball glass. Add tequila and ice and muddle* again.
Top up with soda water and STIR gently. Garnish with a mint sprig.
*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon.
