Hoffman House Martini

Ingredients

• 4 ounce Gin
• 1/2 ounce Dry Vermouth
• 3-5 dashes orange bitters

Directions

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and STIR.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass.

Garnish with an olive.
