Hotel Plaza Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 ounce Gin
• 1 ounce Dry Vermouth
• 1 ounce Sweet Vermouth

Directions

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and STIR.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass.

Garnish with a cherry.
