Jamaican Egg Cream


  • 2 ounce Dark Rum
  • 1 ounce Gin
  • 1 ounce half and half
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fine sugar
  • sparkling water


Combine ingredients, except water,  in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Pour into a chilled Highball glass.

Top up with sparkling water and STIR.
