Jamaican Mule


  • 2 ounce White Rum
  • 1 ounce Dark Rum
  • 1 ounce Gold Rum
  • 1 ounce falernum
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • ginger beer


Combine ingredients, except ginger beer, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.

Strain into a chilled Highball glass and top up with ginger beer.

Add chunks of crystallized ginger and garnish with a pineapple wedge.

*Falernum is a sweet syrup containing flavors of almond, ginger and/or cloves, and lime, and sometimes vanilla or allspice.
