Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce Dry Sherry
- 1 ounce Sloe Gin
- 1 lemon
- 2 tsp simple syrup
- club soda
Directions
Cut lemon into quarters and muddle*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon. with simple syrup*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water. in a cocktail shaker. Add Sherry and Sloe Gin.
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass over crushed ice. Top up with soda water.
