Ingredients
- 2 ounce Gold Rum
- dash lime juice
- 5 mint leaves
- 2 dashes simple syrup
- soda water
Directions
Add ingredients, except soda water, to a Highball glass and muddle*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon.. Fill with crushed ice and STIR.
Top with soda water and STIR again. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
*simple syrup*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
