Ingredients
- 2 ounce Sour Mash Whisky
- 1/2 ounce Mezcal
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce maple syrup
- 2 dashes peach bitters
- 3 sage leaves
Directions
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled Rocks glass.
Garnish with a sage leaf.
*Mezcal is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from the maguey plant (a form of agave) native to Mexico.
