Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce Peppermint Schnapps
- 1/2 ounce Chocolate Liqueur (clear)
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
Directions
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a Parfait glass.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and peppermint candy stick.
