Pineapple Tequila


  • 1 large pineapple...cored & peeled & no scales left, chunked
  • 2 ounce dark brown sugar
  • 1 liter Silver Tequila
  • 1 vanilla bean, split


The Dirty Treat…
Get a 3 1/2 pint glass jar & sterilize it for 20 mins
Cool the jar then add the tequila & sugar until dissolves
Centre the vanilla bean segments while adding the chunks of pineapple
Let the bottle stand for a week, but agitate so the flavours meld properly.
The pineapple is your “Dirty Treat” so enjoy!
