Ingredients
- 2 ounce Plum Brandy
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- soda water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except soda, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a chilled Highball glass over ice.
Top up with soda and garnish with a plum slice.
*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
