Royal Matador


  • 4 ounce Gold Tequila
  • 1 1/2 ounce Raspberry Brandy
  • 1/2 ounce Almond Liqueur
  • 2 ounce lime juice
  • 1 whole pineapple


Cut the top off a pineapple and save it.  Scoop out the pineapple without damaging the shell.  Put pineapple in a blender to liquefy.

Strain the juice from the pulp and discard the pulp.  Combine juice with the rest of the ingredients in the blender with ice and blend until smooth.

Pour into the pineapple shell, adding ice if necessary.  Replace the lid and serve with two straws.
