Sally’s Summer Cooler

Ingredients

• 3 ounce Peppermint Schnapps
• 1 ounce lime juice
• sparkling water

Directions

Combine ingredients in a chilled Collins glass with ice, topping up with sparkling water.

STIR gently and garnish with a lime slice.
