Sherry Sangaree

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce Fino Sherry
  • 1/2 ounce Ruby Port
  • 1/2 tsp fine sugar
  • 1 tsp water
  • 2 ounce sparkling water

Directions

In the bottom of a chilled Old Fashioned glass, dissolve sugar in water, add Sherry and STIR.  Fill with ice cubes and sparkling water.

Float Port on top.

*Fino is the driest and palest of the traditional varieties of Sherry and Montila-Moriles fortified wine.
