Singapore Sling


  • 3 ounce Gin
  • 1 ounce Cherry Brandy
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fine sugar
  • sparkling water


Combine Gin and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a chilled Collins glass over ice.

Top up with sparkling water and float Brandy on top.  Garnish with a cherry and orange slice.
