• 1 1/4 ounce White Sambuca
  • 1/4 ounce Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce Black Raspberry Liqueur


Pour Sambuca*Sambuca is an Italian anise-flavoured, usually colorless, liqueur. into a Cordial glass and then float Irish Cream on top.  Carefully pour Raspberry Liqueur, drop by drop, on top.

The Raspberry Liqueur will pull the Irish Cream through the Sambuca and settle on the bottom.
