Ingredients
- 2 ounce Gin
- 1 1/2 ounce Apple Brandy
- 1 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- soda water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except soda, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass and top up with soda water.
*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
