Ingredients
- 1 ounce 151-proof Rum
- 1 ounce Gold Rum
- 1 ounce White Rum
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 ounce passion fruit syrup*
- 1 dash angostura bitters
Directions
Dissolve sugar in juices. Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into Collins glass. Garnish with mint sprig.
*Syrup made from passion fruit. Can be replaced with simple syrup**.
**Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
