Alhambra Royale


  • 1 1/2 ounce Cognac
  • 1 cup hot chocolate


Fill an Irish Coffee Mug almost to the rim with hot chocolate.  Twist a large orange wedge over the drink and drop in.

Warm Cognac in a ladle over hot water.  Ignite, and carefully pour into the mug while still flaming.

Top off with whipped cream.
