Ingredients
- 2 ounce Apricot Brandy
- 2 ounce club soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions
In a Collins glass, dissolve sugar in club soda or ginger ale. Stir and fill with ice and add Apricot Brandy. Top up with club soda/ginger ale and stir again. Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel and dangle end over rim of glass.
