Horse’s Neck

Ingredients

• 2 ounce Blended Whiskey
• 3 dashes angostura bitters
• ginger ale

Directions

Peel one lemon rind in the shape of a spiral and hang in a chilled Collins glass.

Fill with ice, add Whiskey and top up with ginger ale.
