Beach Bum’s Cooler

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 ounce Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 1/4 ounce Banana Liqueur
  • 3/4 ounce White Rum
  • 1 1/2 ounce pina colada mix
  • 1/4 banana
  • 2 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon cream

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into Collins glass and garnish with pineapple slice.

*For Pina Colada Mix, combine pineapple juice and coconut cream or coconut milk, roughly 50/50.
