Ingredients
- 2 ounce Scotch Whisky
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp very fine sugar
Directions
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon slice and cherry.
*very fine sugar is also Icing or Caster(castor) sugar
