- 2 ounce Scotch Whisky
- 1 ounce ginger ale
- 1/2 tsp very fine sugar
- sparkling water
Add sugar and ginger ale to a chilled Highball glass and STIR until sugar is dissolved.
Fill glass with ice and add Whiskey. Top up with sparkling water and garnish with a lemon twist.
*very fine sugar is also icing sugar or caster (castor) sugar
