Brandy Fix

Ingredients

• 3 ounce Brandy
• 1 ounce lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp fine sugar
• splash sparkling water

Directions

STIR lemon juice, sugar and water in a chilled Highball glass.  Fill with ice and add Brandy.

STIR again.
