Brandy Fix

Ingredients

3 ounce Brandy
1 ounce lemon juice
1/2 tsp fine sugar
splash sparkling water

Directions

STIR lemon juice, sugar and water in a chilled Highball glass. Fill with ice and add Brandy.

STIR again.
