Brunswick Street Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 ounce Cognac
• 1 1/2 ounce Dry Sherry
• 1 egg yolk

Directions

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass.

Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
