Diamond Fizz


  • 2 ounce Gin
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 tsp simple syrup
  • Champagne


Combine ingredients, except Champagne, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.

Strain into a chilled Flute glass and top up with Champagne.
