- 1/2 ounce Gin
- 1/4 ounce lemon juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
Add Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup* to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a Champagne Flute and top up with Champagne. Garnish with lemon zest.
*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
