Ingredients
- 1/2 ounce Vodka
- 1/2 ounce Orange Liqueur
- 1/4 slice chopped pineapple
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- Champagne
Directions
In a mixing glass, muddle* the pineapple and Orange Liqueur. Add Vodka and pineapple juice and STIR.
Strain into a Champagne Flute and top up with Champagne.
*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon.
