Ingredients
- 1 ounce Pear Liqueur
- 1 ounce Orange Liqueur
- Champagne
Directions
Muddle* the honey in a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Pear Liqueur and Orange Liqueur and shake.
Pour into a Collins glass and add a few pear slices. Top up with Champagne.
*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon.
