Georgia Mint Julep


  • 1 1/2 ounce Brandy
  • 1 ounce Peach Brandy
  • 1 tsp simple syrup
  • splash water
  • 2 sprigs mint


Put mint, simple syrup*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water. and water into a Collins glass and muddle*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon..  Fill with ice and add Brandy and Peach Brandy.

Garnish with mint leaves.
