Ingredients
- 2 ounce Straight Bourbon Whiskey
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 10-15 mint leaves
Directions
Muddle* 10-15 mint leaves and simple syrup** in an Old Fashioned glass. Rim glass with mint.
Fill glass with crushed ice and add Bourbon. Garnish with mint sprig.
*Muddle is using a special tool to mash the ingredients together, can also be done with the back of a spoon.
**Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
