Ingredients
- 2 ounce Brandy
- 1 ounce Peach Brandy
- 1/2 ounce Banana Liqueur
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- sparkling water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and STIR.
Pour into a chilled Collins glass and top up with sparkling water.
Garnish with a peach slice.
*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
