Ingredients
- 2 ounce Gin
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce half-and-half
- 1 egg white
- sparkling water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled Collins glass over ice.
Top up with sparkling water and STIR. Garnish with a lemon or lime twist.
*Simple syrup can be made by adding equal parts sugar and boiling water.
