Raspberry Torte


  • 2 ounce Gold Tequila
  • 1/2 ounce Orange Liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 2 ounce raspberry puree


Add Tequila, Orange Liqueur and lime juice to a blender with two scoops of ice.  Blend until smooth.

Pour half the mixture into a Margarita or Wine glass.  Gently layer the raspberry puree on top.

Add the remaining mixture on top of the raspberry puree.  Should see three layers.
