Ingredients
- 2 ounce Gin
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- sparkling water
Directions
Combine ingredients, except sparkling water, in a blender with ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled Highball glass.
Top up with sparkling water.
